1. How long does delivery usually take?
You should receive your purchase within 3-5 working days from the date of cleared payment. For international shipping you will receive an email with the approximate delivery time.

2. Do you ship outside Australia?
We welcome orders from overseas. Your purchase will be packed safe & secure and delivered at a reasonable cost. You are responsible for any local import duties, taxes charged by your country. We do not take responsibility for any delays in your country caused by the customs department.

3. Can I pick up my item?
Yes. You can pick your item up from our Bentleigh store and save money on postage. You contact us first advising that you would like to pick up your item and we will then get back to you with full details.

4. Can multiple items be shipped together to save on the shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $150.
